About the Program: Ayn Rand (1905-1982) was a Russian-American writer and philosopher and is known for developing a philosophical system she named Objectivism. Her three most popular works are - Anthem, Fountainhead, and Atlas Shrugged.
Enter an Ayn Rand Institute (ARI) essay contest and you’ll have a chance to win thousands of dollars in scholarship prize money.
ARI has held worldwide essay contests based on the above three works for students on Ayn Rand’s fiction for more than thirty years, awarding over $2 million in total prize money!
Ayn Rand Institutes' ATLAS SHRUGGED essay contest is open to school students (Class 9 to 12) from anywhere in the world.

How the contest works:
Students have to write three essays. The prompts for the essay are available once the student registers for the competition.
